🌿 Do your candles come with lids?

Our candles are intentionally designed without traditional lids to help reduce unnecessary waste. Most candle lids are often discarded, and we aim to keep our products as eco-conscious as possible.

Instead, each candle comes sealed with a clear, removable vinyl cover that:

Protects the candle from dust
Helps preserve the scent
Allows you to see the beautiful crystals and design inside

✨ If you would prefer a lid, we’re happy to include one in your order at no extra cost—just leave a note at checkout!

🕯️ Are your candles clean-burning?

Yes! Our candles are made with soy wax and are designed for a clean, even burn when proper candle care is followed.

🌙 What does “intention-based” mean?

Each product is created with a specific intention in mind—such as calm, clarity, protection, or energy. Our scents and designs are thoughtfully paired to help support the mood or energy you want to bring into your space.

🔮 Do your products contain real crystals?

Many of our products are inspired by crystals and their meanings. Some items may include crystal elements, while others are designed around their energy and intention.

♻️ Can I reuse the candle vessels?

Yes! Our eco-resin vessels are designed to be reused. Once your candle is finished, you can repurpose it as a jewelry holder, plant pot, tea light holder, or decorative piece. But please do not place items in them that you plan on consuming (drinks/food).

⏳ How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped shortly after. Please refer to our Shipping & Processing page for full details.

🔥 Why is my wood wick not staying lit?

Wood wicks require a shorter trim than traditional wicks. Keep the wick trimmed to about 1/8”–1/4” and remove any charred wood before relighting for best results.
